Randy - thanks for the nice certificate. I volunteered a few times years ago at several pro sporting events for Children's Hospital in D.C. benefitting the Miracle Network. I got some nice T-shirts but never a certificate!  Thanks again. Will keep an eye out for friends who want to retire to NC and always highly recommend the Murphy area and RE/MAX MOUNTAIN PROPERTIES.

I have been trying to sell my home for over three years using three different companies in Murphy. I finally went to Randy and things started to pick up. I am living in Raleigh, where I was able to find work. For the past three years we were paying for our home in Murphy and our condo in Raleigh. Like a lot of people we were trying to get through the economy down turn and hope to sell our home as soon as possible. I had a serious injury and several other medical issues that ultimately led to me losing my job. After contacting the bank, it looked as though we would lose the home to foreclosure. Randy was able to find a buyer and we then went for a short sale of the home. Randy worked tirelessly with the first and second mortgages over a period of several months until the home closed. It was not an easy short sale yet Randy stayed with it while keeping me informed. Even when faced with losing part of his commission from the banks, he stayed with it and saw it through. I can not say how grateful I am to Randy for helping me through this. I doubt if many agents would have went that extra mile to not only make the sale, but help salvage my credit. He is truly a credit to your company and the community.

We just wanted to take a few minutes to thank Randy Dockery for his dedication and hard work. A few years ago, we decided to sell some acreage we owned in the area and knowing Randy since childhood, we listed with  Randy and within about 60 days he had a buyer for our land.

 

 

Recently, we decided to list another tract of land and after determining what we thought was a fair market value of the land, we again contacted Randy. We had considered the market, location, and other selling features of the land, then consulted him on our thoughts. He advised a price and within 30 days the land sold.
 
We do not attribute the fast turnaround to underselling the land but rather we attribute it to dealing with a hard working honest person who has an excellent reputation in his field of work. Randy is truly a professional and we enjoy dealing with him. We are currently looking at more land transactions in the area and do not plan to deal with anyone else.

Randy spent all of Saturday and much of Sunday with my wife and I trying to find the “perfect” mountain home for us.  We are different in personality and interests, but we had terrific time with feedback and a good working relationship. Randy was able to shift gears as it became more clear just what might fit our needs.  

 

 

In my profession we seek FAT people. Thus who are Faithful, Available and Teachable. Randy displayed all of those attributes. He did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it and his follow through was wonderful. He planned his work then worked his plan!
 
We have worked with a number of agents from Canada to Montana to New York to the Carolinas and Georgia. Randy has been the best we have seen. It remains to be seen whether a sale is in the offering, but he is a keeper. Just thought you might like to know.
